The Brief
Alliance Food Services division of Sodexho depends on very high efficiency to compete in the low margin food services industry. Their IT department is critical to achieving this efficiency. Before starting to use Visual Basic Active Server Pages (ASP) for development they sought the expertise of Solvtech to create a corporate policy and standards.
Solvtech wrote the corporate policy to help them guide in deciding when VB and ASP are the right solution and published everything to the corporate intranet.
